SHOOT

It is a sound that echoes down Washington Street in downtown Buffalo, and shakes the rafters of HSBC arena. It happens every game, multiple times. On any given night at HSBC arena during a Buffalo Sabres hockey game, 18,000 plus fans can be heard yelling “SHOOT!”

Well, the Sabres lately have not had any luck offensively, and it is not because of the lack of shots, just lack of quality shots. They haven’t even been able to get lucky lately, and sometimes, you just need a little luck:

Ales Kotalik has this kind of power in his shot. I could see this happening in Buffalo, problem is, they have to take it. It has happened before:

Now granted Plante had quite a few more steps on the ice from where Semin shot his, but the point remains the same, shoot the puck hard, and it will go in the net.
