Sabres Gamenight: Anaheim Ducks

Tonight the Sabres invade Anaheim with a purpose, to continue to gain control over the Eastern Conference, to continue a point streak that has gone for eleven games, and to get Patrick Lalime his 200th career win.

On top of all that, they will be playing for sole possession of first place in the Eastern Conference.

Tim Connolly will be looking to extend his point streak, which has gone for as long as the Sabres point streak has – the longest of his career.

Thomas Vanek will look to improve on a night where he had three points, two assists and a goal.  Maybe this is the awakening of Thomas Vanek?

Faceoff tonight is a late one, 1005PM – see you then!
