Sabres Gamenight

The playoffs begin tonight in downtown Buffalo, and 18,950 lucky fans will be in attendance at what could be a very tight but ruckous game.

Thousands more are going to flood the plaza – and local area watering holes with friends in order to witness history being made.

The season numbers are a little misleading – stints by Jhonas Enroth and Patrick Lalime started two games against the B’s – and despite their physical game, the Bruins couldn’t overcome the Sabres skill when they needed the two points.

I have friends in from out of town and we will be attending the game at a local watering hole – so twitter feeds will not be out there for tonights game and will resume with the Saturday game.

Also – a programming note – Rink Side Rants will be postponed tonight due to my venture out of the house. We will go live tonight still, for those of you brave enough to stay up late with us. We will air tonight at 1130 PM.
