Traverse City Tournament Update

Miss Hockey?  I know, stupid question.  Can’t wait for hockey to return to television?  I know, another stupid question.  With the regular season still about a month away from starting here in Buffalo, tonight the prospects get the chance to shine on the big screen, as tonights contest against the New York Rangers in the Traverse City Tournament will be televised on MSG.

Thats right, you get a glimpse of hockey on television tonight, a primer for the regular season.  Granted, you won’t get to see the likes of Vanek, Miller, Leino, Erhoff, and the rest of the regulars, but it will give a chance for Sabres fans to see whats in the pipe, as guys like Kassian, Foligno, Adam get to showcase their skills.

While it may not have the intensity of regular season hockey, the Buffalo Sabres are challenging to win the late summer/early fall prospects tournament, as they currently have the best record in their division.
