The AHL announced several roster changes for its upcoming All Star Game, including two moves including Buffalo Sabres prospects.
Rochester Americans forward Zack Kassian has been added to the Western Conference line-up. Kassian had 3 goals and 3 assists in 18 games with the Sabres this season, and 10 goals and 11 assists in 25 games with the Amerks.
In addition, Amerks defenseman Brayden McNabb will miss the game due to injuries he sustained during a recent call-up with the Sabres.
The AHL All-Star Classic will be held January 29 and 30th in Atlantic City, N.J. In the USA, NHL Network will air both the skills competition and the game on Jan. 31 at 1 p.m. and 3 p.m., respectively. Local fans in Buffalo can watch the skills competition and game live on Time Warner Cable Sportsnet. The skills competition is Jan. 29 at 3 p.m., and the All Star Classic is held the next day at 7 p.m.
