The Rochester Americans are back in action tonight, looking to get back on the path of the winning ways.  Tonight’s opponent is the rivals from the North – the Toronto Marlies.

This is the Marlies first trip to the Blue Cross Arena this season, but are on a two game winning streak at the BCA – winning the last two games played here in the month of March.

Luke Adam looks to break back into the lineup and continue his trek back to the NHL – as he has been removed from red shirt duty.

The Marlies are currently tied with the Rochester Americans in the standings, the Americans hold a slight edge because of games in hand.  The Amerks have slipped in the standings a bit lately, winning only three of their last eight games.

Toronto comes into tonights contest on their first three game winless streak.  Ryan Hamilton is back in the lineup for Toronto – while Mark Frasier and Jussi Rynnas remain out of the lineup.

Buffalo Sabres fans who might remember the Michael Zigomanis FaxGate issue can see the former Sabres and Hurricanes draft pick – if they have an AHL Live membership to watch the game.  Hockey fans in Western New York can catch the game on Sports Radio 1280.

The month of November ends with the Marlies in Rochester, before the teams trek North to complete a home and home series in Canada.
