The Buffalo Sabres win, and now sit just two points out of the playoffs, with precious time remaining on the schedule.   Playing the team in front of you helps, but only if the Sabres can win Friday night – which would be a four game winning streak for the first time this year.

All this talk of playoff hockey has me in a New York State of Mind.
