It’s almost upon us.
Now that game 5 of the Stanley Cup Finals is over, with the Chicago Blackhawks winning and taking a 3-2 series lead, the coronation of a champion is just days away. As early as Monday, and no later than Wednesday, we will witness the shiver-inducing tradition of the victors hoisting Lord Stanley’s Cup high in the air, a tradition unlike anything else in the world of professional sports. Get pumped!
