Can someone comment on the news I read on another site that 1st round draft pick Rasmus Ristolainen has refused to sign if he is to go to Rochester and will will back to Finland to play under contract to his hometown team if he is not on the Sabres roster for the season.
And what are the ramifications if he does head back to Finland.

    Thank you.
