MSG To Air Bulk Of Buffalo Sabres Games

Get your DVR programmed, and for many Buffalo Sabres fans – excitement is in the air as 70 of the Buffalo Sabres 82 games schedule will we aired on MSG – the network that has been carrying the Buffalo Sabres games for several seasons now.

If you are only interested in listening to the Buffalo Sabres broadcast team, there will be several occasions throughout the year where you will have to sync the radio with the television.  12 games on the Sabres schedule will be featured on NBC family of channels.

Ten regular season games from the start of the season through March 3 at the Dallas Stars will be featured on the NBC Sports Network channel, with the March 9th and April 3rd games being NBC/NBCSN flex games.

Eight of the nationally televised games are home games for the Buffalo Sabres – with only four contests involving the Sabres in enemy barns.

The NHL Network will feature the Buffalo Sabres and the Chicago Blackhawks, that game being played in Chicago.

The full slate of games that will be broadcast by NBC/NBCSN include:

  • Oct. 14 vs. Minnesota, 7:30 (NBCSN)

  • Jan. 14 vs. Philadelphia, 7:30 (NBCSN)
  • Jan. 27 @ Pittsburgh, 7:30 (NBCSN)
  • Jan. 28 vs. Washington, 7:30 (NBCSN)
  • Feb. 5 vs. Pittsburgh, 7:30 (NBCSN)
  • Feb. 26 vs. Boston, 7:30 (NBCSN)
  • March 3 @ Dallas, 8:00 (NBCSN)
  • March 9 vs. Chicago, 7:30 (NBC/NBCSN flex)
  • April 6 @ Philadelphia, 7:30 (NBC/NBCSN flex)
