Happy September everyone, we are just two days away from actual on ice action for the Buffalo Sabres, as the Traverse City Tournament officially harkens in the start of the 2013-2014 National Hockey League Season.  Hopefully you enjoyed the last weekend of summer vacation – and if you have kids or are a teacher, are ready for the school year to start.

While the end of summer is bitter sweet, it does usher in the start of hockey, the air crisps up a little, soon we will have frost on the grass, and snow and ice that are part of the game.
