Brisk fall weather has arrived.  Rolling out of my warm bed was a difficult task this morning – and the first cup of coffee hasn’t set in to warm the blood up yet this morning.  I hope your enjoying your first Monday of hockey season.

Oh and the Buffalo Bills won so that’s a plus too.

It was a two goal effort by Zemgus Girgensons – proving that a year in the AHL did him a lot of good.  [Sports Media 101].
