For Buffalo Sabres fans inside and outside of Western New York – here is the television lineup for the month of October.

The Sabres play fifteen times in the first month, appearing at home eight times.  Eleven of those fifteen games will appear on the Buffalo Sabres flagship station of MSG.  Four games will be on NBC Sports Network.

The games appearing on NBC Sports:

Oct 2 – @ Detroit Red Wings

Oct 8 – vs. Tampa Bay Lightning

Oct 14 – vs. Minnesota Wild

Oct 23 – vs. Boston Bruins

All other games will be carried on MSG.

The Buffalo Sabres will also appear on RDS2 for the October 23rd game against the Boston Bruins, and will appear on the NHL Network October 12th at the Chicago Blackhawks, and October 31st at the New York Rangers.

TSN2 in Canada will broadcast games on October 23rd (Boston), October 14th (Minnesota), October 8 (Tampa Bay) and the opener on October 2 against Detroit.
