Buffalo Sabres - Toronto Maple Leafs: Grudge Match Part 1 Fan Picks!

Get ready, Buffalo Sabres fans!

Let’s all stop and consider what is about to go down later tonight.  For starters, beginning around 7 p.m. tonight in the First Niagara Center, the Buffalo Sabres and the Toronto Maple Leafs get to square off for the first time since the brawl that broke out during the preseason.

On top of that, tonight marks the return of Big John Scott, who has finished serving his ten game suspension following his hit to the head of Boston’s Loui Eriksson.

On top of THAT, this also will be the first game the Sabres play since long-tenured and oft-cirticized GM Darcy Regier was let go by the club following Tuesday night’s win against the Los Angeles Kings.

Holy crap!

But wait – there is more!  I don’t know how it’s possible, but heaven help us, it is!  In addition to all of those juicy, exciting storylines, tonight’s game will feature the return of one of the most popular coaches in Buffalo Sabres’ history, Ted Nolan, who last coached the blue and gold in 1997.

Holy @#$%^&* %^@#!!!!!!

I don’t know if I can handle this much excitement, but it’s coming at us regardless, so I hope you all are ready!  This, my friends, is going to be one hell of a hockey game.

Questions to consider:

Screw it!!!!!!!  We’re freestylin’ this one, folks!  Throw any thoughts, comments, predictions, or advice you can at me!  Let’s make this a party, because it’s going to be rocking in the FNC tonight!!!!
