Brayden McNabb Recalled By the Buffalo Sabres

Less than 48 hours since Brayden McNabb was sent down to the Rochester Americans he is once again back up with the Buffalo

Sabres.

McNabb played last night with the Amerks and racked up 3 points (1+2) in a 6-1 win for the Amerks and obviously did enough to impress the Sabres brass.

This move was always thought of to be temporary after the Buffalo Sabres made some moves to open up a roster spot- Sending Mikhail Grigorenko to Russia, they would recall McNabb.

Despite putting up 3 points last night and being named the first start for the Amerks, McNabb will not be in action tonight for the Sabres when they take on the New York Rangers as McNabb will be a healthy scratch. Instead Jamie McBain will draw back into the Buffalo Sabres line-up.

More moves will be coming as Alexander Sulzer goes on the IR and Cody McCormick is ready to return from the IR, so expect more roster moves coming within the next week for the Sabres.

Brayden McNabb has 0 points in 3 games with the Buffalo Sabres this season but has had a steady presence on the blue line. After getting ice time and points with the Amerks, McNabb will be looking to bring that experience back to Buffalo.
