A win! ! A win… this is not a drill, I repeat the Buffalo Sabres won a game and it wasn’t against each other! The Buffalo Sabres played the first game of a home and home with the Senators and played a solid game. Despite a disallowed goal and an early 1-0 deficit the Sabres held strong and managed to grind out the 2 points.

The Sabres played a strong game, and played one of their most complete games of the season which was nice to see. Ryan Miller was strong between the pipes making 35 saves in the loss. After beating the Sens in the first match-up fans were excited to see what the second game had in store.
