Let’s get to ready to watch some hockey!!!!!!!!!
What is up, Buffalo Sabres fans! Apparently, 80% of the Sabre Noise staff either got fired last night or is hungover today, because your pre-game coverage pretty much consists of me and Tim Redinger. This place is a ghost town on the weekends, I tell ya!
Seriously, everyone is gearing up for the holidays, entertaining friends and family and doing some last minute shopping or preparation. As a result, I’m in charge of helping YOU discover the best way to maximize your Buffalo Sabres game night experience.
Who: Buffalo Sabres Vs. Boston Bruins
Where: TD Garden
When: 7:00pm EST on Saturday December 21st, 2013
If you’re like me and live in the great state of New York, you’ll be at home tonight, tuning into the game on MSG-B. Since the game is a 7 p.m. start, MSG should be kicking off its pre-game coverage at 6:30 p.m. If you live in Canada, uhh, I guess you could get a pair of rabbit ears and some tin foil? No? All I see listed are the Leafs and Habs games, so you may be SOL tonight.
But wait! You can always use NHL Gamecenter to watch out-of-market games on your phone, tablet, or computer. I used to subscribe to Gamecenter, and really loved the experience. If you have Satellite or cable TV, I believe the equivalent is NHL Center Ice. Of course, if you have not subscribed to those services yet, you have to set up and account and shell out some cash, but it’s a small price to pay if you cannot get Sabres hockey where you.
It’s also a good idea to get the official Buffalo Sabres app in order to have access to live updates and breaking news. The app is in the iTunes and Google Play stores – download it now! And if you are really desperate, head over to WGR 550 or MSG-B Radio to listen to the game call.
Whew! I’m exhausted – these posts are like, real work! Research! How does CC do it? Anyway, I hope I’ve helped – enjoy the game!!!!
