Buffalo Sabres @ Toronto Maple Leafs: How To Watch

The surging Buffalo Sabres look to continue their successes of late as they head up to Toronto to take on the Maple Leafs. Going into the game, Buffalo still stands 10 points out of 7th place in the Atlantic Division and 4 points out of 29th place in the whole league. With the flu bug making its exit from the locker room, Buffalo prepares to place a full lineup on the ice as the Sabres take on their most popular rival of late.

Despite the teams biggest problem a few days ago was being able to put a team on the ice, Buffalo now has to deal with having a few too many guys. Ryan Miller will face off against Jonathan Bernier. Despite the ejection in Monday’s game, Drew Stafford will be back in action tonight as he did not receive supplementary discipline from the NHL after his elbow on Oliver Ekman-Larsson. Tonight we will hopefully get to see more from the newly-acquired Linus Omark, with head coach Ted Nolan looking closely.

The lingering question with any Maple Leafs game is whether or not John Scott will see any action tonight. Scott, who has been in Nolan’s good graces, has been seeing more and more responsibilities with each game, even some time on the power play unit, which he might see again tonight. If he play’s tonight, it will be his 200th career game.
