NHL fans, I love living in New York. Not afraid to admit it. While other people are on Facebook, bragging about how warm it is in December or January in Florida, or Arizona, or North Carolina, I’m always like, “What fun is that? I like the snow, and winter sports – I don’t want 70 degree weather in the winter.”
Even today, I stand firm: I love winter. But damn, it’s cold out there!
Stay warm, cozy up in front of a fire or heater (if you can) and enjoy today’s links!

In this week’s, “C’Mon, Ref!” Kerry Fraser clears up some confusion about when a goaltender should be called for a delay of game penalty. [TSN] I love reading about this stuff!
A study was done; the results are in: visors help prevent eye injuries! [The Hockey News] Well duh.
And your Buffalo Sabres link of the day presents the best, the worst, and the most memorable moments of 2013. [Die By The Blade] Wouldn’t the best and the worst be memorable?
Anyway, enjoy, and keep warm!!!!
