How To Watch: Buffalo Sabres Vs Columbus Blue Jackets

Buffalo turns to course correct the month of January by facing a streaking Columbus Blue Jackets, a team who is trying to tie a franchise win record of 6-in-a-row. However, the Jackets will have a resurgent home team to go through. Over the past 9 games in the First Niagara Center, Buffalo has strung together an impressive 6-1-2, pulling a possible 14 out of 18 points at home as of late.

Ryan Miller is expected to start in between the pipes tonight, facing off against Sergei Bobrovsky. Over his last 5 starts, Miller has a 3-1-1 record versus Bobrovsky’s 5-0-0. So expect a goalie showcase once again tonight in downtown Buffalo.

Marcus Foligno is set to return to tonights lineup, mirroring his brother Nick Foligno on the Columbus Blue Jackets, who has been lighting the lamp this season.

Linus Omark and Alexander Sulzer are the scratches for the night.
