The National Hockey League is back and the Buffalo Sabres open the schedule up tonight against the Carolina Hurricanes – in a game that was cancelled by the a blizzard.  While a cold front might make it a nasty night downtown – the game will go on.

They have already stockpiled draft picks, but the Buffalo Sabres at the trade deadline will set the stage for the draft this year [Bleacher Report].

Are they looking for the highest price – or just any takers for the salary that surely comes with landing Ryan Miller as the Sabres are still shopping Miller [SI.com].

The sixteen day break for the Olympics is over, and now teams have ten days of trade power until the rosters freeze again.  Whose roster changes the most?  [USA Today].
