Good Monday morning to you, NHL fans!

I know, I know: the words “good” and “Monday morning” don’t typically go hand-in-hand.  Personally, I’m beat, because our crazy schedule + one sick baby girl = very little sleep this weekend.  Nothing a little coffee and a can-do attitude can’t fix, though!

Don’t you hate people like me?  I know I sure do!

Onto today’s links!

Philadelphia Flyers’ players Wayne Simmonds and Claude Giroux traded their skates for sneakers over the weekend to play in a game against the Harlem Globetrotters . . .  but they still brought a stick?  [Puck Daddy]  Gotta see it to believe it!

Finally, Cory Conacher made his Buffalo Sabres debut last night – here’s an interview and a  quick breakdown of his first point with the team.  [Hockey Buzz]
