We are inside a week to the end of the regular season, and while the Buffalo Sabres on the ice still have games remaining on the calendar, management has to have their eyes on the draft lottery which is just a week away.  Will the Buffalo Sabres retain the top pick in the draft?

Will the hockey gods mock the rebuild in Buffalo and take away the top overall pick in the 2014 draft forcing Buffalo into the second overall pick?
