The month of November has a slew of games I would enjoy being able to attend.  The first game of the month has the Anaheim Ducks visiting the 716, and I was tempted to pick this game just so I can boo the Ducks for choking away their

playoff series against the Red Wings last season.  The Los Angeles Kings come into town a week later, and since there a few people in my family who actually know the Kings’ captain Dustin Brown, this game would have been my choice for the month . . .

. . . except for the fact that November 24 is the first game the Detroit Red Wings will play in Buffalo as members of not only the Eastern Conference, but the Atlantic Division, and the atmosphere surrounding this game should be electric.  Watching Pavel Datsyuk live will be a treat in and of itself, so consider me in for this baby.
