Logan Brown – Ottawa Senators

Standing at 6-6 220 lbs, Logan Brown is already one of the biggest centers in the Atlantic Division. The son of former NHLer Jeff Brown, The North Carolina born Logan Brown was drafted by the Ottawa Senators in the first round of the 2016 NHL draft.

Brown made the Senators out of training camp and notched one assist in limited action in 4 games before being returned to his OHL team the Windsor Spitfires. Brown also played for Team USA in the World Junior Championships, skating on a line with Buffalo Sabres rookie Casey Mittelstadt. Brown was traded to the Kitchener Rangers for the second half of the season where he finished 5th on the team in points despite only playing half the season with the Rangers.

Although the Senators are anticipating having a dreadful year, the organization is stacked with prospects with numerous prospects looking to play quality minutes. Logan Brown will be joined by other top prospects Colin White and Brady Tkachuk in the Senators’ young offense. With a strong start to the season, Logan Brown can see himself moving up the depth chart at center.
