Sabres vs Sharks: Date, Time, TV, Streaming, More
The Buffalo Sabres will look to bounce back and get back above .500 for their West Coast road trip tonight against the San Jose Sharks. Buffalo was up two goals to none on Sunday afternoon inside the STAPLES Center against the Los Angeles Kings before giving up three unanswered goals and falling 3-2.
This will be Buffalo’s third game out of four out west but their last game in the state of California. After tonight’s late-night matchup in San Jose, the Sabres will head north to Seattle to take on the Kraken for the first time in franchise history.
San Jose is coming off an overtime victory last Saturday night against the Jets to improve to 5-3-0. So this will be another quality opponent and a good test for Buffalo. A win tonight would guarantee at least a .500 record on their road trip, which is something a majority of Sabres fans would likely be content with.
Craig Anderson should take on the goaltending duties tonight as Tokarski started on Sunday. Anderson has shined so far this year, posting a 4-1-0 record with a .939 save percentage and a 1.98 goals allowed average.
