Sabres vs Capitals: Date, Time, TV, Streaming, More

The Buffalo Sabres will look to put an end to their current four-game losing streak tonight as they head to Washington DC to take on the Washington Capitals at 7 pm. In Buffalo’s most recent game on Saturday night, they blew a two-goal lead late against the Detroit Red Wings and fell in overtime 4-3.

The Sabres are averaging just over a point per game this season, as they sit with a record of 5-4-2, which amounts to 12 points in 11 games played. If Buffalo could keep up that pace all season that would have to be considered a success, but they have cooled off a lot from their hot start. The Sabres have not won a game since October 28th, so they will try to start to turn things around tonight with a good showing in DC.

The Capitals are currently on their own losing skid, as they have dropped three straight games. So both teams will be desperate to end their cold stretch tonight. This is the first time that these teams have met since last April, a game in which Buffalo won 5-2.
