Sabres vs Rangers: Date, Time, TV, Streaming, More

The Buffalo Sabres will make the trip to the Big Apple tonight to play at Madison Square Garden against the New York Rangers for the first time this season. Buffalo is coming off their worst loss of the season, a 5-0 embarrassing loss to the Calgary Flames on Thursday night. But with three games over the next four days for the Sabres, they have a chance to put that loss behind them quickly.

The Rangers currently sit in third place in the Metro Division with a record of 10-4-3. They have won four of their last five games. The Rangers have also been great at home this season, only dropping one game in regulation in six home games. The Sabres, on the other hand, have struggled on the road this season, with a record of 2-4-1. So Buffalo will certainly have their work cut out for them tonight.

The Rangers were one of the few teams that Buffalo played during last year’s shortened season. The last time these two teams faced off was towards the end of last season on April 27th, a game in which New York won by the score of 3-1 in Madison Square Garden.
