The Buffalo Sabres will likely sell during the NHL Trade Deadline. And with a plethora of young talent, it’s a good idea to move a few seasoned vets.

The Buffalo Sabres have until March 21st at 3pm EST to negotiate and trade away players that aren’t in their future plans. Some, like Jack Eichel, have already been dealt. But with over a month before the deadline hits, there are still a few players general manager Kevyn Adams may want to move.

It’s been another long season for the team, so expect the Sabres to be sellers at the deadline. That, along with the fact the Sabres have a plethora of young talent from the AHL through the collegiate levels, trading away experience for youth will be a good move long-term.

So who should the Sabres send packing? Players that the other 31 teams will look at as good bargaining chips. It will make the Sabres younger, and it will allow for experienced veterans to better compete for a Stanley Cup.
