Sellers for the upcoming trade deadline, the Buffalo Sabres can acquire decent returns if they work the phones with the NHL’s top contenders

The Buffalo Sabres have struggled all season. But when teams look to get younger, growing pains often accompany them. Sitting at 18-32-8, the Sabres are no different.

But general manager Kevyn Adams has already succeeded in building a young nucleus and he’s already pulled off one blockbuster trade that brought youth to the organization. Ideally, Adams pulls off three more trades with contenders and warrants a sound ROI.

Who should the Sabres part ways with as they continue to reshape their roster? Keep reading to find out who should go, and what Adams should receive in return.
