Jack Quinn

While Benson might be under the least amount of pressure among this group, Jack Quinn might be under the most. He has been with the Sabres now full-time for three seasons and has two seasons with over 70 games, sandwiching a season with 27 games after he dealt with a few injuries.

In the two seasons with 70+ games, Quinn finished with under 40 points and a total +/- of -25 and would finish with a shot percentage under 13%.

Where fans can see the potential was the 2023-24 season, when he played in only 27 games because that season he had a points per game average of .70, and over a full 82-game season that would be 58 points. He was also much better shooting the puck with a shooting percentage of 16.1%.

Quinn, this season, is likely going to be playing alongside Ryan McLeod and Josh Doan as part of a third line. The potential is there for this to be one of their more productive lines, but Quinn is the key to really delivering those results.
