For the next batch of predictions, I’m going to predict how the Buffalo Sabres will do in the first half in the month of November.

Both Zach and Sion predicted how the Buffalo Sabres will do in the month of October. Now, we are onto the month of November. With Buffalo playing 14 games in November, we are going to cut the month in half.

Buffalo will see the Philadelphia Flyers twice to begin the month with two games in three days. Last year, Philly got the better of Buffalo. This season will be a different story as I have the Sabres winning both games to start the month.

After the second Flyers game in Buffalo, the team will head to Toronto for the first of four meetings against the Maple Leafs. I see fatigue catching up to Buffalo as I have them losing this one but either in overtime or a shootout.

The Sabres will have a couple of days off before they head to Carolina for a battle against the Hurricanes. Unfortunately for Buffalo, I have them dropping this one in regulation. Once again, the Sabres will have another back to back.

Buffalo Sabres end first half of November strongly

For the first game, they will host the Minnesota Wild. Both Sabres and Wild fans were treated to an epic two game series last year. Buffalo will end their small losing skid and will bounce back with a win in this one.

For the second game, they will head out to Pittsburgh as they will take on the Penguins. Once again, fatigue will get them and I see the Sabres losing this one. For the final game in the first half of November, Buffalo will host the Boston Bruins.

The Bruins have dominated the Sabres recently but I see Buffalo getting the victory on home ice. As fans are aware, the team starts out so well in October then will take a dip in November. However, this team is better than previous years and I think it will be a different story.
